Careful selection emphasising refill American Oak casks has yielded a mellow, deep gold 25 year old, in which higher aromas of berry fruits, almond and tangerine rise above reassuring hints of malt. Mature yet still fresh tropical flavours of peaches and passion fruit lead to a sweet, fruity finish with cooling mint-fresh herbal notes.
