1. Who can apply for an S&R membership?

Anyone 18 years old and above with a valid government-issued ID can apply. 

2. What types of membership are available? 

S&R offers two main types of memberships: 

  • Gold Membership– for individuals or families 
  • Business Membership– for business owners or resale purposes

3. How much does membership cost? 

  • Gold Membership: PHP 700/year 
  • Supplementary: PHP 400/year 

4. How long is the membership valid? 

Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of approval and must be renewed annually. 

5. Can I share my membership card with others? 

No. Membership cards are non-transferable and should only be used by the registered member. You may add a supplementary instead. 

6. Can I bring a guest when shopping? 

Yes. Members may bring a guest up to 3, but only the member can make purchases. 

7. Can I use my membership at any S&R branch? 

Yes. Your S&R membership can be used at any S&R branch nationwide. 

8. Is my membership valid for online shopping? 

Yes. Members can shop online at S&R’s official online platform using their active membership. 

9. Can I cancel my membership? 

Yes, you may cancel your membership at any time by visiting the Membership Counter at any S&R branch. Please bring a valid ID and your membership card. Members are entitled to a full refund if the membership is cancelled within 30 days. For cancellations made after 30 days, the membership fee will be refunded on a pro-rated basis 

10. How do I apply for new membership? 

You can apply in-store by visiting the Membership Counter and presenting a valid government-issued ID or online

11. Can I update my membership details (name, address, etc.)?

Yes. You can update your personal information online by going to Account Details under My Account or simply visit the Membership Counter in any S&R club. Bring your valid ID and membership card for verification. 

12. What happens if my membership expires? 

Once your membership expires, you’ll need to renew it before you can shop again. 

13. Can I add a supplementary member to my account? 

Yes. Gold and Business memberships typically allow you to add one supplementary member (usually a family member or employee for business accounts) for an additional fee. 

  1. Gold Membership: You can add one (1) supplementary member for a fee of ₱400.
  2. Business Membership: Includes one free supplementary member. You may add up to three (3) additional supplementary members for a fee of ₱400 each. 

14. Can I use a photo or screenshot of my card for entry or purchases? 

No. A physical membership card is required for entry and checkout. Digital or photocopied versions are not accepted. 

15. My card is damaged. Can I get a new one? 

Yes. Bring your damaged card and valid ID to the Membership Counter for replacement. A replacement fee may apply
