Accounting Staff

Location: Ermita, Manila

  • • Monitors daily and weekly sales reports sent by different branches
  • • Checks cash sales, actual cash deposits, and other deposits made by Treasury
  • • Monitors the usage of credit cards and handles inquiries with the bank
  • • Provides write-ups and check documentation given to the department

Minimum Qualifications

  • • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or equivalent
  • • At least 6 months of experience in any Accounting cycle
  • • Hardworking, and willing to be trained
  • • Willing to work full onsite in Ermita, Manila from Mondays to Fridays

Financial Control Staff

Location: Ermita, Manila

  • • Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
  • • Prepare balance sheets
  • • Track and reconcile bank statements

Minimum Qualifications

  • • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or equivalent
  • • Experience as a Finance Staff is an advantage

Assistant Leasing Manager

Location: CS-Libis, Quezon City

  • • Handles QSR lessors and tenants’ queries and concerns including markets of leasable space
  • • Communicate policies and guidelines with tenants and upcoming new updates
  • • Monitor tenants’ account receivables and issuance of collection notices and payments in coordination with the Accounting

Minimum Qualifications

  • • Must be at least a 4-year business-related degree holder
  • • Must have good business correspondence, trustworthy, and reliable
  • • Must have a leasing background, particularly in documentation (1-2 years experience)

Construction Supervisor

Location: CS-Libis, Quezon City

  • • Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team-building sessions are required.
  • • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • • Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.

Minimum Qualifications

  • • Degree holder of Civil Engineering
  • • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • • Has 2-3 years of work experience on the same level

Produce Lead Buyer

Location: CS-Libis, Quezon City

  • • Manage assortment mix in line with the category strategy, sales, and gross margin target, and inventory levels
  • • Vendor Sourcing (Local & International)
  • • Demand Forecasting, negotiating prices and volume requirement with vendors.
  • • In charge of stock level, pricing, in-store promotions, and exit plans
  • • Sales and Margin Analysis
  • • Collaborate with VP to develop a pricing and marketing plan
  • • Monitor and control overall expenses and budget management
  • • Come up with guidelines and processes for Outright vendors
  • • Build good rapport with vendors

Minimum Qualifications

  • • Degree holder of Marketing and/or any Business Administration course/s
  • • Has at least 5 years of experience in the Produce Category
  • • Well-versed in sourcing vendors within the Philippines, various fruits and vegetables

Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Chef

Location: CS-Libis, Quezon City

  • • Complete new food product trials and documents results
  • • Manages roll-out of new products
  • • Prepare reports and recommendations based on new food product trials
  • • Collect samples for internal and external review
  • • Monitor the food development process to ensure products are made consistently every time
  • • Determining product specifications according to a number of various factors and uses
  • • Maintains collaborative partnership and negotiate effectively with suppliers
  • • Develop recommended supplier and price book

Minimum Qualifications

  • • Degree holder of Culinary Arts and/or equivalent
  • • Has at least 8 years of experience in Culinary and Food Development

Maintenance & Facilities Technician

Location: C5-Libis, Quezon City

  • • Conducts daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly preventive maintenance of all warehouse equipment and fixtures
  • • Knowledgeable in both minor and major repairs of defective equipment such as Refrigeration System, Airconditioning System, Forklift, Genset, Kitchen Equipment, Waste Water System, etc.
  • • Conducts weekly fogging and monitors equipment parameters

Minimum Qualifications

  • • Degree level of any course, vocational graduates are also welcome to apply
  • • At least 1-year experience in Refrigeration and Airconditioning Systems

E-Commerce Customer Service Supervisor

Location: BGC, Taguig

  • • Assist online customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding product availability and pricing, placing orders, order confirmation, product/promotion questions, shipping status, returns, etc.
  • • Assist online customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggest various product options that are available
  • • Identify special needs with orders as they arrive and route them as appropriate
  • • Assist the fulfillment center to ensure a smooth order process
  • • Record and maintain customer information
  • • Manage and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives who provide low to moderately complex customer support, and engage key stakeholders and business partners associated with customer service

Minimum Qualifications

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related field
  • • Must have prior customer service experience relating to E-Commerce
  • • Must be willing to work on early hours, on weekends, and in shifting schedule
  • • Will need to be available over certain holidays to manage customer inquiries

E-Commerce Customer Service Agent

Location: BGC, Taguig

  • • Manage large amounts of incoming inquiries
  • • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • • Go the extra mile to engage with the customers
  • • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, social media and any other platforms
  • • Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation

Minimum Qualifications

  • • Clerical and communication skills
  • • Preferably college graduate
  • • Must be willing to work on weekends and in shifting schedule

Business Process Supervisor

Location: Magallanes, Makati

  • • Identifies and analyzes the business’ needs, performs data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance trends in order to develop appropriate process changes
  • • Writes business process manuals and system/application manuals
  • • Facilitates process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
  • • Participates in the testing of new systems/applications
