Warehouse Club Policies


1. What are your club hours? 

All S&R Club branches are open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including weekends and holidays. For special holiday schedules or maintenance closures, announcements are posted in our clubs and on our official Facebook page & Instagram. 

2. Where is the nearest S&R club? 

You can find the full list of S&R club locations here. 

3. What payment methods are accepted in-club? 
You can pay using the following: 

•  Cash
•  Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
•  S&R Co-branded Credit Cards
•  Debit cards
•  GCash
•  Ggives 

4. Do you check receipts at the exit? 
Yes. To ensure accurate and secure transactions, all members are required to present their receipt at the exit. This process protects both members and club operations. 

5. Do S&R clubs have food service or dining area? 
Yes! All S&R clubs have an in-club food service area offering hot meals, snacks, and refreshments. It’s a great spot to take a break during your shopping trip. 

6. Do members get fuel discounts? 
Yes. S&R members can enjoy up to ₱5 per liter discount at any Unioil gas stations. Just present your valid S&R membership card when paying. You can check your nearest Unioil gas station here. 

7. Do members get free parking? 
Yes, parking is free for the first 3 hours for members with a minimum of 500.00 transaction receipts.

8. What is your in-club return and exchange policy? 
You can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days from the purchase date if: 

•  The item is unused and in its original packaging
•  The original receipt is presented
• 
The item is not excluded (e.g., opened perishables, undergarments) 

Please go to the Membership Service Desk for processing. 

9. Can I return perishable items I bought in-club?
Yes, within 24 hours from purchase, as long as they are sealed and in original condition. 

  1. Can I return undergarments? 
    No. Due to hygiene policies, undergarments are non-returnable. 
  2. Can I return items with opened or damaged packaging?
    Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify. If opened or damaged, the item may no longer be accepted for return. 
  3. Is a receipt required for returns? 
    Yes. The original receipt must be presented in-club to process any return or exchange.

10. Are in-club prices the same as online? 
Not always. Prices may vary due to location, logistics, or promotions. For best value, we recommend checking both in-club and online platforms. 

11. Do you have installment options in-club? 

Installment options are available only for big appliances only. 

12. Are pets allowed inside S&R clubs? 

Pets are not allowed inside S&R clubs.  

Why?  

  1. To maintain food safety and cleanliness 
  2. To prevent cross-contamination of grocery and perishable items 
  3. To protect other members who may have allergies or sensitivities
