Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership is subject to the following terms, conditions, and benefits, which may be updated without prior notice. 

  1. Membership Eligibility 
    1. Membership is available to all individuals 18 years old and above. 
    2. To apply for membership, applicants must present a valid government-issued ID:
      • Driver’s License
      • GSIS 
      • Passport 
      • Philhealth
      • Philippine National ID
      • Postal ID
      • PRC 
      • PWD 
      • Senior Citizen 
      • SSS 
      • TIN 
      • Voter's ID 
    3. S&R reserves the right to decline or revoke any membership at its sole discretion, with or without cause. 
    4. Membership is governed by the policies and rules set by S&R Membership Shopping, including our privacy and usage policies, which may change over time. 
    5. Members can pay through cash or credit card if shopping from an S&R club. Credit Card must reflect the same name or surname as shown on the Membership Card. For online purchases, only Visa and Mastercard are currently accepted. 
    6. Temporary Cards are valid for transaction in any branch provided. They are presented with a valid photo ID upon purchase. 
    7. To ensure accuracy on all transactions, all receipts will be reviewed as you leave the building. 
  1. Membership Types and Fees 
    1. The annual fee for Gold Membership is ₱700. Members can add supplementary cardholders for ₱400. 
    2. Your S&R Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment or renewal. 
  2. Membership Card Use 
    1. Members must present their physical Membership Card at the warehouse entrance and upon checkout. (For security reasons, photocopies or photos on mobile phones are not accepted.
    2. The Membership Card is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered cardholder. 
    3. Members are allowed to bring up to three (3) guests, but only the member may make purchases. 
    4. If your card is lost or stolen, report it immediately to the membership counter. A minimal replacement fee may apply. 
  3. Renewing or Updating Your Membership 
    1. Membership may now renewed online! Click on Account Details to know more. Members may also opt to renew their membership at any S&R club. 
    2. Renewal must be completed on or before the expiration month to maintain uninterrupted benefits. 
    3. New cards are not issued annually. Members may request card reprinting at any S&R card. Card reprinting upon member request may be subject to a replacement fee. 
    4. To cancel membership, member may visit the Membership Kiosk Counter at any S&R club. 

For in-store processing: 

      • - A full refund will be issued is the membership is cancelled within 30 days of purchase.
      • - For cancellations made after 30 days, the membership fee will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. 

If membership is purchased online: 

      • - Cancellation requests may be sent to [email protected]. 
      • - If the cancellation is made more than one (1) day after purchase, an online processing fee will apply. 
      • - Refund terms follow the same 30-day and pro-rated policy as above.
