A: The S&R Tire Centers are located in select S&R Membership Shopping clubs: Congressional, Alabang, ASEANA, Cebu, Shaw, Pampanga, Dau, Davao, Imus, Nuvali, Cagayan De Oro, Commonwealth, Iloilo, and Paranaque. Our Tire Center operates from 9 AM to 8:30 PM daily.   

Q: Do I need to make an appointment for the tire services? 

A: No appointment is required to access tire services. However, depending on current demand, there may be a wait time. Simply visit the Tire Center and our team will assist you.

Q: Are the tire services free? What's the catch? 

A: Yes, the tire services listed are completely free for members who purchased any tire from S&R. We strive to provide added value to our members by offering complimentary services that help maintain their vehicles.  

Q: How about for members who did not purchase their tires from S&R?

A: Members who did not purchase their tires from S&R can still avail of the services with a certain fee. 

Q: What do I need to bring to avail the FREE Tire Center services?

A: Just bring your membership card and the complete work order form (given to member upon tire purchase.)

Q: Can non-S&R members avail of the tire services? 

A: The S&R Tire Center services are exclusive to members only.

Q: What types of tires do you repair? 

A: Our technicians are equipped to repair most passenger vehicle tires, including radial tires for cars, SUVs, and vans. For more specific inquiries, please visit your nearest Tire Center.

Q: What should I do if I experience issues after a tire service? 

A: If you encounter any problems following a tire service, please return to the Tire Center and our technicians will promptly assist you. 

Q: Can I purchase new tires at the Tire Center? 

A: Yes, the Tire Center offers a selection of high-quality tires for purchase. Our technicians can help you choose the best tires for your vehicle and driving needs.

Q: Do you offer any warranties on the tires? 

A: While the tire services themselves are free, the tires come with their respective manufacturer warranties. Please ask our staff for more details about specific warranties available.
