1. How do I create an account? 

Here are quick and easy steps to create your S&R online account. 

  1. Go to www.snrshopping.com.
  2. Locate and click the Register button at the top of the homepage.
  3. Provide your email address and nominate a password (minimum 8 characters, must include both letters and numbers).
  4. Tick the checkbox if you agree with our Data Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, then click Submit to proceed with your registration.
  5. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
  6. Click the verification link in the email to activate your account.
  7. Complete the account details and save your profile.
  8. Set your delivery address and you're all set to begin shopping online. 

2. I did not receive the verification email. What should I do? 

If you are having trouble locating your verification email, please follow these steps:  

  1. Check your spam or junk folder
    Sometimes verification emails end up in your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Be sure to check these folders carefully.
  2. Verify your email address
    Double-check that you entered the correct email address during registration. A small typo can prevent the email from being delivered.
  3. Wait a few minutes
    Email delivery can sometimes be delayed. Please refresh your inbox.
  4. Resend the verification email
    Go back to the Verify Email page at www.snrshopping.com and select “click here to request another”.

3. It says my email is already in use. What should I do? 

If you see a message that your email address is already in use, it means an account has already been created with that email. Please follow these steps: 

  1. Reset your password
    Try logging in using the same email address and click "Forgot Password". Enter your email address to receive a password reset link.
  2. Check your spam or junk Folder
    Look for the password reset email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
  3. I don’t recognize this account
    If you believe the email was used without your knowledge or have access to it, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for further assistance.  

 4. How do I sign up for membership online?

• You can visit your nearest S&R Club to sign up or enjoy the quick and easy process of signing up for Membership online
• If you wish to proceed online, simply select Apply for Membership from the Membership page and follow the on-screen instructions.

  1. Can I view my Membership status online?
    Yes! To check your membership status and expiration date:
    1. Log in to your account
    2. Go to My Account > Membership Details  

There, you'll see real-time updates about your current membership plan and validity period. 

5. Linking your existing membership card.

You have two options to link your membership card on your online account: 

• Log in your account. Click My Account and select Account Details. On your Account Details page, select Link My Membership, then enter your 10-digit account number or 16-digit membership card number and your date of birth. Click submit.

• You can also select Membership from the category tab and click Already a member? Link your membership card and enjoy ₱0 surcharge on your purchases. This will direct you to your Account Details page. Enter your 10-digit account number or 16-digit membership card number, your date of birth and submit. 

6. I cannot link my membership card. What should I do? 

• Make sure you’ve entered the correct 10-digit or16-digit membership card number.
• Ensure your full name is spelled correctly and matches the name on the card.
• The date of birth you enter must match the date of birth registered on your membership account.
• If everything looks correct and you're still experiencing issues, our support team is ready to help! Please contact our support team at [email protected] 

 7. Why am I charged a non-member's fee? 

This surcharge applies if: 

• You are not yet an S&R membership card holder.

• Your membership is expired.

• Your membership is not linked to your online account.

Please review if you have successfully linked your card, if you think there is a mistake, please contact our customer service at [email protected] 

8. Can I update my account details? 

You can easily update your personal details by following these steps:  

  1. Log in to your account at www.snrshopping.com.
  2. Go to My Account > Account Details
  3. Edit the information you’d like to change
  4. Click Save and Update Profile  

Note: Some fields may not be editable if your membership account is already linked. 

  1. What if I changed my address or name—how do I update this in my membership records?  

For changes related to your name or address on your S&R Membership, please visit any S&R Club branch in person and present valid identification documents for verification and processing. This ensures that your membership remains secure and up to date. 

9. Can I change my email address?

Currently, we do not allow direct changes to your registered email address, as it serves as your unique username for security reasons. If you need to use a different email, you will need to create a new account with your updated email address. We recommend reaching out to customer service for guidance before proceeding. Contact us at [email protected] for assistance.  

10. I forgot my email address or password. 

  1. How do I recover my account if I forgot my email address?
    • If you no longer remember the email associated with your account, the only option available is to create a new account using a different email address.
    • If you believe your old account contains important data (such as past orders or membership status), please contact our support team [email protected].

  2. How do I reset my password?

Follow these simple steps:

  1. On the login page, click “Forgot Your Password?”  
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Click “Send Password Reset Link” 
  4. Check your inbox (including spam/junk folder) for the reset email
  5. Follow the instructions to create a new password

Once done, you can log back into your account using your new password.  

11. Is my personal information secure?  

We take your privacy seriously. All personal data is protected using secure encryption technology, and we follow strict industry best practices to keep your information safe. Your data is used solely in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy 

12. I want to delete my account. 

Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile and all associated data from our system. 

  1. How do I delete my account?
    To request:

Email [email protected] with the subject line: “Request to Delete Online Account” 

Include:

      • Full name  
      • Registered email 
      • Mobile number  

 Please note: This process is final and irreversible. Once deleted, your account and all related information cannot be recovered. You may, however, create a new account at any time in the future. 

Navigating  through your S&R Online Account 

 1. What is My Favorites? 

My Favorites is your personalized shopping list that makes reordering easier. It shows your purchase history and the items you buy most often, so you can quickly add them to your cart with just a click. It’s the fastest way to restock your essentials! 

2. What is Wish Lists? 

Your Wish List is a personalized collection of items you’d like to save for later. You can add products to your Wish List by clicking the “Add to Wish List” button found on each product page. It’s a great way to keep track of items you love or plan to buy in the future! 

3. Can I view my purchase history online? 

Yes. Once logged in, navigate to My Orders to see a list of past and current transactions.
