To craft Johnnie Walker Aged 15 Years Sherry Finish we hand select some of the finest 15 year old single malt whislies from our reserves. We then carefully balance them before further maturing in European oak casks for a velvety smooth whisky with a sherry finish. This beautifully balanced Scotch delivers waves of woody, nutty and deep vanilla notes from the sherry finish. The fruity, delicate floral character from highland whiskies such as Clynelish is balanced by sweet honey and fragrant dried fruits from Speyside whiskies like Glen Elgin - often referred to as 'fruitcake in a bottle'. Subtle grassy notes from the Lowlands and hints of Island maritime influence lead to a long-lasting finish; deliciously malty and smooth, with persistent honeyed notes.
