    • Make your potluck gatherings more special with these easy-to-use Party Essentials Wire Racks. Each set comes with three (3) full-sized wire racks that fit a standard full-size foil plans, or two (2) half foil pans. The chafing wire racks have space at the bottom for heating fuels to steam the food evenly. 

    To use, pour approximately a half-inch of water in the full-size steam (water) pan. Light the heating fuels to create steam in the lower pan, and to warm the top foil pans.
