Who Qualifies For Business Membership?

  • The Owner or Manager of Licensed Businesses with following supporting documents.

For Sole Proprietorship:

  • Certificate of Registration of Business name with DTI
  • Current Year Mayor’s Permit
  • VAT Registration Number

For Partnership and Corporations:

  • SEC Certification of Registration
  • Current Year Mayor’s Permit
  • VAT Registration Number
  • Letter from the Head of the Organization authorizing representatives

A Director or Manager of a Cooperative or Non-Profit Organization

  • SEC/CDA Certification of Registration
  • BIR Tax Exempt Status (if applicable)
  • Letter from the Head of the Organization authorizing representatives

If you don’t qualify as a Business Member, please apply for our Gold Membership.

How to Join:

  1. Complete the Business Membership Application.
  2. Bring the completed application, proof of qualification that identifies your business (and you as an owner, manager or director) and appropriate fees to the Membership Counter at any S & R Warehouse.
  3. Business Membership is P900 per year. One additional card is available FREE to the Primary CARD holder’s spouse, domestic partner, or any immediate family member over the age of 18 and living in the same household. Fee includes VAT.
  4. Primary Member may add up to three additional members. See membership personnel for application forms and annual fees.
  5. Personalized Photo I.D. Membership CARDS are issued when you apply in person.

Your membership is valid at all S&R locations.
