So what will I actually be doing?

  • Assists HR Manager in recruitment and selection, training, government mandated benefits
  • administration, and employee relations.
  • Ensures strict compliance to company policies and procedures.
  • Implements company’s benefits package including proper monitoring of availment.
  • Monitors all administrative cases of employees and ensure proper implementation of penalties.
  • Plans activities ahead and conceives new creative techniques and ideas.

The nitty gritty

Strong commitment to employee services is the key in succeeding as an HR Supervisor. A high degree in people skill will be very helpful to you in providing assistance to the warehouse operations of your location assignment.

You will be submitting a lot of reports so being keen and detailed in paperwork is required. One of those reports is preparation of regular updates in HR statistics. You also need basic knowledge of the Labor Laws.

Organizing employee engagement activities monthly is also part of the challenge, so you have to be creative, energetic with good sense of time management so you can juggle all aspects of HR responsibilities.
