The nitty gritty

The Food Service Supervisor is likely to be responsible for the smooth operation of the department. From the ordering, preparation and down to the serving of orders, he ensures that the best service will be delivered.

Food Service Supervisors render 8 full hours a day for 6 days - that includes weekends. Your team will surely have a GBD (Gold, Brown, Delicious) day because weekends are full packed.

You will be handling at least thirty people under your wing, so you must be mature and has the ability to lead a small efficient group.

When you know the toss and turns and acquired the rhythm, you can climb up the ladder and gain ground to be an OB Manager or even Field Operations Manager.
