Shiraz Red Wine

Definition: Red wine.
Alcohol content: 13.5 Alc. /Vol.
Type of grape: Shiraz.
Type of wine: Red wine from Castilla-La Mancha.

Production: Made with bud musts and selected yeasts. Fermentation controlled at 26ยบ C. It is bottled quickly to preserve the light character given by the carbonic fermentation.

Tasting notes: Clean, bright colours of dark cherry. Spicy, peppery nose with wild berries. A round, savoury palate with an elegant, persistent finish.

Suggestions for consumption: Ideal with red meats, pasta or cheese.
